Organisation
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Organisation name | What your team sees in the organisation switcher and on Organisations. | the name you gave it when you signed up |
| Name on invoices and estimates | The business name printed on your invoices and estimates and used in the emails your clients get. It can differ from the organisation name — a trading name, for example. | empty |
| Country | Where the organisation is based. New clients start with this country, and their phone numbers with its dialling code. | guessed from the timezone |
| Timezone | The timezone used for invoices, reports, and reminder scheduling org-wide. It's also the timezone your clients see times in on a shared link — an approval or estimate decision is stamped in this zone and labelled with it, and a client in a different zone also gets the same moment shown in their own. This is different from your own personal timezone, which you set on Profile and which only affects your own timers and timesheets. | detected from the Owner's browser when the organisation was created |

| Default tax rate | Prefilled onto new clients and new invoices/estimates — still editable per client or per document afterwards. | 0% |
