Kanban Board

A work item is a concrete piece of project work (e.g. "Layout design for landing page") — distinct from the billing task category (Design, Development, Meeting), which is how time gets grouped for invoicing. Each work item is tagged to one billing category and can carry its own freeform labels.

• Work items — what a card holds: description, priority, assignees, checklist, comments, attachments, dependencies.
• Assigning work and timers — who can time a card, and how sessions roll up.
• Columns and allocation — customising columns, views, and budget tracking.
