Creating your account

You can sign up with email + password (with email verification) or Google. Either way, Springtrack skips the usual "create a workspace" step:

1. You sign up.
2. Springtrack automatically creates an organisation for you and makes you its Owner.
3. You land directly in the app on the Free plan — no forced plan choice, no checkout at signup.

Your workspace gets a default name based on your name or email. You can rename it any time from Settings, and invite teammates whenever you're ready — see Inviting your team.

If you're working alone, that's fine — a solo user is just an organisation of one, with the same features (subject to your plan).

Password reset and email verification

Verification and password-reset links are emailed to you. If you don't see one, check spam, or ask your admin to resend an invite if you were invited to an existing organisation rather than signing up directly.
