Invoice / AR reports
Invoice status, AR aging (current / 30 / 60 / 90+ days overdue), revenue by client or project, and payment history.
Financial reports
Income on a cash vs. accrual basis, income vs. expenses, expenses broken down by category/billable/GST, and project profitability (revenue minus cost minus billable expenses) — visible only to Owner/Admin/Billing.
Filters and export
Every report supports date-range presets (including financial-year and BAS-quarter aware ones), filters, and CSV/xlsx export. Charts always have an accessible table fallback alongside them.
