Reports are a Pro plan and above feature. Free and Starter get a basic time summary and invoice-status list only.
Reports are distinct from the at-a-glance Dashboard — they're date-ranged, filterable, and exportable to CSV/xlsx.
- Time and financial reports — time summaries, AR aging, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- AU tax reports — GST, BAS summary, and financial-year reporting.
Cost rates and profitability
Per-member cost rates and project profitability are visible only to Owner/Admin/Billing — never to Member, since that data is salary-adjacent. Rates are snapshotted onto each time entry when it's tracked, so historical reports stay accurate even if rates change later.
These reports are a bookkeeping aid, not tax advice — always verify figures with your accountant before lodging.
